Project Management Services

KARE's project management staff has years of experience providing definition and direction for large and small inventory control and data collection projects.

KARE's project manager will use a team approach working with your company's designated project leader to coordinate all project activities. KARE's project manager will help define the scope of the project, create and monitor a project timeline and assist in the installation and testing phases. The project manager will also provide administrative and user training as well as implementation support when you go live with the system. KARE's project manager will ensure that you are updated frequently on the status and progress of your project.
